We provide single and twin-screw extruders (parallel or conical), profile extrusion and downstream equipment.

From very high outputs to smaller extruders, for auxiliary profile production or used as Co-Extruders. Our extruders can be equipped with 22” inch touch screen control system, European gear boxes as from Eisenbeiss Austria, Flender Germany, electrical components and drives from Siemens, ABB, Eaton, B&R, Allen Bradley, …

All our extruders are designed and manufactured according Austrian / German standards, and appreciated all over Europe (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, …), USA, Canada, South America, Africa, Asia, and Australia.

From high-end technology solutions, running highest outputs, to more economical solutions, we have it all. Co-extruded profiles are already 40% of our manufacturing capacity, which shows the great importance for circular economy in the profile extrusion business. With more than 25 years’ experience in the field of Co-extrusion, we provide you with perfect solutions, to reuse your in-house scrap material, or outsourced recycled PVC.

Our downstream lines are made of stainless-steel frames, energy saving vacuum pumps and cyclone systems, PLC touch screen controls for recipe savings, a rigid steel assembly plate for calibrators, for perfect accuracy and longevity, haul off with quick change rubber pads, servo motors for perfect synchronization with the cutting device. You can choose between a saw cutter or hot knife guillotine cutting unit.

The perfect combination, together with our TGI-GET Extrusion tool technology, for highest efficiency, product quality and energy saving.
