From high-end technology solutions, running highest speeds, to more economical solutions, we have it all. Co-extruded profiles are already 40% of our manufacturing capacity, which shows the great importance for circular economy in the profile extrusion business. With more than 25 years’ experience in the field of Co-extrusion, we provide you with perfect solutions, to reuse your in-house scrap material, or outsourced recycled PVC. 

All our extrusion tools are in-house designed, produced, and pre-tuned in our own technical center. All tools are produced and checked according to strictest quality requirements from Austria. Renown CNC-milling centers and big wire cut machines from Agie-Charmilles, guarantees to cut all tool parts within tight tolerances. 

For high-end clients, complex profiles, or development projects, we design the tools in our Austrian partner company. Final installation at our clients’ factories, can be executed by our Chinese expert technicians, or optional by our European / USA technicians.
