We are an experienced supplier and developer of complete compounding lines for all different kinds of plastics, and processes.

Starting from lab-scale co-rotated twin screw extruders, up to lines, which can produce 10 tons pellets per hour or more. 

Compounding / Filling / Reinforcing / Improving are the main characteristics of our co-rotating twin screw extrusion lines. Our modular screw and barrel design gives our clients the highest flexibility. Adding reinforcement materials as fiber glass, improving of dimensional stability, tensile strength, … or adding high contents of fiber glass materials, or highly filled masterbatch materials, with a filler (CaCo3 / TiO2) content of up to 85% are a standard process for our design team and our machines. 

We offer compounding lines, to produce plastic material pellets, by different pelletizing systems, as Underwater pelletizer, water cooled strand-pelletizer, air-strand pelletizer, water-ring pelletizer, hot-surface / air-cooled pelletizer for different materials and application, the best suitable process. 

Direct-Extrusion is another possibility, which we offer. Compounding extruder systems, with a T-die head and sheet / film production downstream afterwards, to produce readymade sheet, films, or thick XPS or EPS insulation boards. Another great way, to have a product, by skipping the pelletizing process, which means energy saving, flexibility in production, only once the polymer gets stressed through process temperature and shear. Also, valuable formulation know-how stays within the company.
