This is a comprehensive process, and each material like PET bottles, or PP/PE containers, needs a special designed washing and resizing line, to get the job done. After you have clean plastic flakes, you can pelletize it with our pelletizing lines, to create from the previous waste material, highly valued materials. Also, for our pelletizing lines, we have different designs for different materials. PET bottle flakes need a different machine design, than rigid PE/PP flake pelletizer. For pelletizing film materials, an agglomerator is needed, and depending on the contamination of the film material, single stage, or double-stage extrusion systems with melt filters.
